Please be aware that the cost of repairs to any damage caused by tenants in excess of normal wear and tear will be the responsibility of the tenant.

Please also be aware that frivolous or non-priority repairs or maintenance requests will be moved to the back of the queue. For best results, please attempt to address simple maintenance issues on your own!
